Tim Mapstone is an accomplished professional musician with about 30 years of experience playing guitar and bass guitar in various bands across Jersey, the UK, Spain, Ibiza and even cruise ships around the Carribean. Having spent most of his life tuning guitar strings, he has a well-trained ear for accurate pitch and tonal quality. 

Tim completed his Diploma in Piano Tuning and Repair at the Piano Tuning Academy in Newport, South Wales, under the tutelage of Robert King, an extremely talented and experienced piano technician and tutor. As part of his training, Tim learnt how to tune a variety of different pianos, using both modern technology and traditional methods to achieve the best possible results. 

Tim is a member of the Pianoforte Tuner's Association and is committed to continuing his professional development and keeping up to date with any developments in the piano industry.
